Our office manager handles practice-related tasks, assists with clinical-related responsibilities, and manages all administrative employees. Lauren is currently pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration with plans to begin her doctorate program upon graduation. Originally born in Fort Bragg, NC, she grew up in Dothan, AL and relocated to Cape Coral, FL in 2012. In her free time, you can find her at her children’s cheer competitions and practices, completing jigsaw puzzles, diving into the newest book, or spending quality time with her family.

Our front desk medical receptionists are the welcoming faces that greet patients upon arrival and the friendly voices that assist patients over the phone. They are dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience by helping with appointment scheduling, answering billing inquiries, and managing various administrative tasks with professionalism and care.
