Office Manager: Lauren

Our office manager handles practice-related tasks, assists with clinical-related responsibilities, and manages all administrative employees.

Lauren has a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and plans to pursue her Doctoral degree in 2026. Originally born in Fort Bragg, NC, she grew up in Dothan, AL and relocated to Cape Coral, FL in 2012. In her free time, you can find her planning her next family trip, enjoying the pool or park with her children, or simply finding new things or skills to learn.

Medical Receptionists

Our medical receptionists serve as the first point of contact for patients; they manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and front-desk operations with efficiency and empathy. Their proficiency with our EHR and commitment to patient care contribute to a seamless and welcoming experience for all.

Livingcia (Lead Receptionist) brings experience from a variety of care-focused settings, including nonprofits, health clinics, and senior living communities. She is passionate about ensuring people receive the support and care they need. She holds a Bachelors degree in Forensic Studies with a minor in Psychology. Originally born in St. Thomas and raised in Florida, Livingcia enjoys traveling, reading psychological thrillers, staying active through yoga and fitness, and unwinding with a good show in her free time.

Karla is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Psychological Assessment Coordinator: Ashley

Our psychological assessment coordinator is responsible for assisting our psychologists with testing/assessment services by scoring completed assessments, sending/receiving questionnaires to parents and teachers, and reviewing/editing evaluation reports.

Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and is currently working toward her Specialist (PsyS) degree in School Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, which she will complete in 2028 in preparation for becoming a School Psychologist. With several years of experience in education, Ashley developed a passion for supporting students and helping ensure their individual needs are met. Her experiences in the classroom inspired her to pursue a career in school psychology. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Teddy, her cat S’mores, traveling and reading.
