We provide dedicated parenting support services designed to help parents navigate the challenges of raising children with confidence and care. Whether you’re facing behavioral concerns, communication struggles, or the everyday stresses of parenting, our psychologists are here to guide you. We’ll work with you to understand your family’s unique dynamics, provide practical tools and strategies, and support you in fostering a stronger, healthier relationship with your child(ren). Parenting support is tailored to meet you where you are; we can offer insights, encouragement, and solutions to help you feel empowered as a parent.

Examples of parenting support include:

Custom tailored parenting support/coaching sessions. These sessions can occur either with or without the child receiving individual therapy services.

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE): An evidence-based program developed by the Child Study Center at Yale University geared towards reducing a child’s anxiety by directly working with the parent(s).

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT): An evidence-based treatment for young children with behavioral problems. The psychologist will observe you and your child interact and provide coaching on skills to better manage their behavior.

Bringing Baby Home®: A research-based program developed by The Gottman Institute, aimed at helping prepare couples to the transition to parenthood and life with a new baby.
