1st initial Clinical Interview Appointment (Children/Adolescents): $575 (90 minutes)
1st initial Clinical Interview Appointment (Adults): $425 (60 minutes)
Follow-up Medication Management (all ages): $250 (30 minutes)
For individuals with insurance that we are out-of-network with or for those receiving services that are are out-of-network for (e.g., testing is not covered under select plans), the above self-pay rates apply.
Testing: We take an individualized and focused approach to testing, developing specific and unique evaluation plans for each individual that comes in. As such, testing prices can vary greatly depending on the type of test and/or number of testing sessions necessary. A plan for testing with total costs will be provided after the first Clinical Interview appointment unless you are requesting only one specific test (as is the case for Gifted Testing or those referred for ADOS Testing, which have set flat-rate costs.) We offer payment options for those that self-pay for comprehensive testing including discounts for paying in full (vs. per appointment) and for paying with cash or check.
Gifted Testing: Insurance companies do not consider gifted testing “medically necessary”. Therefore, insurance does not cover gifted testing. Stand alone gifted testing appointments will always be an out-of-pocket cost unless IQ testing is included as a part of a comprehensive evaluation. Gifted testing is billed at 3x your providers flat hourly rate.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club), cash, personal check, and HSA/FSA accounts are all accepted.
