Gulfshore Behavioral Health is a locally and provider-owned practice that has proudly served the Southwest Florida community for nearly 10 years. What began in a modest 800 sq. ft. office with our founder, Dr. DenBoer, as the sole provider has expanded into a thoughtfully designed 6,500 sq. ft. facility, reflecting both our growth and our continued commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care. Today, our team includes 9 licensed psychologists, 1 triple board-certified psychiatrist, and 5 administrative professionals, each dedicated to supporting the well-being of the patients and families we serve.
Our entire team lives in Southwest Florida, with many of our children attending local schools, including The Lee County School District (LCSD), Evangelical Christian School (ECS), The Canterbury School, and Bishop Verot Catholic High School. We are deeply invested in the area we call home and actively give back through donations, fundraising efforts, and the provision of services, contributing thousands of dollars annually to local organizations and schools.
