Licensed Clinical Psychologist
*Dr. Moy is only seeing new adult patients that have been referred specifically for a medical/legal exam.

Dr. Moy was born and raised in Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree from Earlham College. She came to Florida to earn her Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She continues to be involved in teaching at Nova Southeastern University in the Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice programs.

Dr. Moy specializes in forensic psychological evaluations and medical/legal disability compensation exams. She conducts evaluations of adults and juveniles involved in the legal system, addressing issues such as competency to proceed, mental state at the time of the offense, guardianship, intellectual disability, mitigating factors, risk assessment, and diagnostic clarification. She also serves as a contracted auditor for the Correctional Medical Authority, a government agency tasked with ensuring state prisoners receive adequate mental health and medical care. Dr. Moy has worked within secure forensic hospitals, prisons, community mental health centers, and government-funded evaluation clinics.

In her free time Dr. Moy enjoys sports and rooting for her favorite teams, as well as spending time with family and friends.
