Members meet in a group setting with leadership/facilitation from a psychologist to learn skills in a safe and supportive environment amongst other group members. Group topics are determined based on the needs of the community. Examples include: executive functioning, anger management, parenting support, self-esteem building, mindfulness, life skills, socialization, and behavioral modification. Groups are based on evidence-based practices that are scientifically proven to be effective.
