Each provider has different insurances that they work with.
Some providers are able to see patients for certain services and are considered in-network with:
- Aetna
- ComPsych
- Innovatus Health/KBA (Lee Employee Health Plan)
- Several Employee Assistance Plans (EAP’s)
All of our providers are currently out-of-network with the following plans:
- BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS)
- Cigna
- Humana
- Medicare & Medicaid
- TRICARE
- United Healthcare
